Employee Assistance Program

This program is offered in collaboration with employers wishing to support employees identified as needing counselling to deal with personal problems that may adversely impact their work performance, health and wellbeing. We also provide counselling for families of employees. Issues addressed may include:

• Preparing for major life events such as retirement
• Illness/Accidents/Injuries
• Grief and loss  
• Health and wellness issues
• Financial or legal concerns
• Family/Personal relationship issues
• Workplace conflict
  
• Stress management 

Critical Incident Stress Management Response

We provide critical incident stress management response for crisis situations such as industrial accidents, death in the workplace or any incident which impacts the functioning of employees witnessing a traumatic incident. 

Corporate Training 

We provide training to various organizations including corporate entities, churches, non-profit organizations etc. upon request to support the development of staff and/or other stakeholders in key areas. Organizations can request a leadership assessment to be facilitated which will identify key areas to be addressed. Training may be facilitated through seminars and workshops and will be tailored to meet your individual needs.
