General In-House Counselling
Individuals
including children, youth and adults Individuals usually seek counselling to help them work through a range of issues which may be impacting their relationships with others, or to address unhealthy behaviors that they may be engaging in. We help individuals identify the root of these issues and develop healthy coping strategies and skills so that they can be successful in daily life.

Couples
including premartial and marriage counselling Individuals desirous of getting married are strongly encouraged to engage in a period of pre-martial counselling. Premarital counselling has several benefits and provides a space to discuss issues that many couples face which, if not addressed, can lead to a breakdown in their relationship. Premarital counselling also helps couples to determine if they are ready to make the lifelong commitment of marriage.

Family
including parent & child counselling As children become adolescents and young adults, there can be a strain in the relationship with parents because both parties may feel misunderstood. As a result, adolescents may engage in negative behaviours often seen as acts of defiance against their parents’ rules and expectations. Our approach to family counselling involves identifying the root of the conflict by exploring the relationship from the perspective of the parent and the child and providing a safe space for them to work through identified issues. |
