Haynesley Griffith is a trained counselor with a speciality in the areas of Family life, Premarital and Martial counselling, Drug Addiction and Critical Incident and Stress Management counselling. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Pastoral Therapist (#HG713168D) with the American Association of Christian Therapists Inc. (AACT) and holds a Master of Science Degree in Christian Counselling and Psychology from Georgetown Wesleyan University of The Americas, USA. He has also received numerous certifications in the area of critical incident and stress management from the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation Inc. including specialized training in Workplace and Industrial Application Crisis Intervention and Spiritual care in Crisis Intervention.
In October 2019, he was appointed as a Justice of the Peace by the Governor General of Barbados. He is a published author of 3 publications which include Securing the Foundation of Marriage Before Building a Family, A Portrait of God’s Model Woman and A Portrait of God’s Model Man. He is a weekly columnist in the Nation News, Barbados, a motivational speaker, conference speaker and change agent. Haynesley is happily married to Dolores since 1979, with whom he founded Family Heartbeat International Network Inc. |
