Marlon Charles

Marlon is the Youth Division Director and Counsellor at Family Heartbeat International Network Inc., the founder of Pulse Radio 365 and a John Maxwell certified coach, trainer and teacher. Marlon’s out-of-the-box thinking, coupled with his tenacity for fresh new ideas, act as his calling card as he works with various businesses, churches, para-church, youth and governmental organisations in Barbados and across the region. He is also a director of the Global Leadership Summit Barbados.
 
Marlon has completed training in Effective Counselling and is trained in the area of Critical Incident Stress Management with the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. He is an Ordained Senior Chaplain of the International Fellowship of Chaplains. Marlon sits on the board of the Barbados Family Planning Association as the Public Relation Officer and is the Director of Operations for Healing for the Soul Empowerment Network Barbados.
