Carlos Brathwaithe

Chairman of the Board


Carlos Brathwaite is currently the Pastor of Dunamis Outreach Ministries of the Wesleyan Holiness Church and has been a minister for 18 years. His major ministry gifts are teaching, healing and declaration of the prophetic word.

 

In 2007, Bro. Carlos took 12 prophetic crusades across the island and continues to focus on the salvation of lost men and women for Christ.

 

Secularly, Bro. Carlos is a trained economist and is currently a Senior Manager at the Barbados National Bank Inc. (BNB)

 

 

CLAYTON SPRINGER


Reverend CLAYTON A. SPRINGER   is an ordained minister and the senior pastor at Carrington Wesleyan Holiness Church, Welch’s Road St. Michael. He is a certified/ licensed Marriage Officer, a qualified Marriage counselor with over thirty years experience and is also a trained Bereavement Counselor.

 

Rev. Springer is a graduate of the Mona and Cave Hill Campuses of the University of the West Indies, where he was awarded a Certificate in Social Work (Distinction) a Bsc. degree in Social Work (Hons) and a Master of Social Work degree.( Distinction.)

 

Rev. Springer has also studied Qualitative Research Methodologies at the Western Michigan University, USA ,completed a course in Social Gerontology with the University of Malta,  a Course in Rehabilitation of the Blind ,at the Caribbean Council for the Blind in Antigua and complete a course with the Inter American Institute  for Social Development , Washington, USA on “Design and Management of Social  Policies and Programs

 

Rev Springer has conducted Barbados based research on vocational rehabilitation for disabled persons, deportees and the perspectives of returning nationals.  He has also pursued Biblical studies with the Evangelical Teacher Training Association of America.

 

Rev. Springer is a career public service officer and is the current Director of the National Assistance Board, a statutory entity which offers services for elderly persons.

 

Rev. Springer has been married to Angela for the past twenty eight and a half years and together they produced two children Laurel a social worker in Toronto, Canada, and Justin an undergraduate at UWI, Cave Hill. Rev. Springer is always excited to join persons in holy matrimony and delights in helping couples make strong marriages work well.

 

 

John Arlington  Sarjeant


John Sarjeant is currently the assistant pastor of Ellerton Wesleyan Holiness Church and has been in ministry for over five years. He holds a Masters of Arts degree in Christian Ministry from the Wesleyan Bible College. His chief ministries are teaching and counseling. Married for 29 years, John and his wife, Havel, have two wonderful children, Dwayne and Jennessa.

 

 John is a trained, qualified and experienced electrician and is currently the small business owner and operations manager of His Glory Enterprises Inc.

 

 

Kevin Hunte


Pastor Kevin A. Hunte has been in Pastoral Ministry for the last five years. He is an Attorney-at-Law by profession but in his Pastoral capacity he holds responsibilities for the Youth and Young Adults. He is presently pursing his Bachelors in Bible and Theology.

 

He is married to Shelley and they have one son Nathan. Together, Pastor Hunte and his wife Shelley have a desire to see the youth of the nation be all that God wants them to be as Youth of the Kingdom. They also have a strong passion for right family living and strong and healthy marriages.

 


Rev. Griffith

Founder


Rev. Haynesley Griffith is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Barbados based Family Heartbeat Ministries, a ministry that seeks to empower families to fulfill their God-given role in the home and in the wider society.

 

He has a wide range of highly specialized training, experience, several developed skills, and sound knowledge, which he has acquired and applied in various capacities as Counselor, Psychologist, Trauma Specialist, Administrator, Teacher, Facilitator, Pastor, Communicator, Motivational and Conference Speaker.

 

Licensed by the American Association of Christian Therapist as a Professional Pastoral Therapist (LPPT), he has over two decades of experience as a counselor, and over 30 years in the pastoral and related ministry where he has gained much success in the field.  In 1983, he set up and successfully directed the Wesleyan Counseling Centre until 1989, and subsequently set up a counseling unit, which he managed until December 1999.

 

He now manages the very busy Family Heartbeat Ministries Counseling Centre, and is producer and presenter of a very popular weekly radio program, (Family Heartbeat Ministries Broadcast) that is aired on several radio stations throughout the Caribbean via the facilities of Caribbean Gospel Network (C.G.N.).

 

He speaks at business places, churches, Para-church organizations, educational institutions and community groups throughout the Caribbean and beyond.

 

He has a very good relationship with Dolores, his wife whom he married on March 03, 1979, and his two Christian sons, Rollinson and Julian.

 

He loves meeting people, teaching, road tennis, photography, walking and cooking.
