Family Heartbeat Ministries is a non-profit non-governmental organization (NGO) which was established in November 1999 to reinforce the importance of family life. It uses Biblical principles and teachings in its application of family values. Our mission is to empower families to fulfill their God given role in the home and in the wider society.

As Chief Executive Officer of Family Heartbeat Ministries, Rev. Haynesley Griffith brings to this position a wide range of experience, highly developed skills and sound knowledge which he has acquired and applied in his various capacities as counsellor, administrator, pastor, teacher, conference facilitator and motivational speaker.
An ordained Minister since 1980, Rev. Haynesley Griffith is a chosen man to whom God has imparted many excellent gifts as well as the commission to "bring life and hope to the nations" through the empowerment of individuals and families.
With highly specialized training and qualifications, strengthened by a desire and a delight to please his Lord and Master who called him, Rev. Haynesley Griffith is adequately enabled and prepared to lead F.H.M. and administer its various programs in such a time as this.
Rev. Haynesley Griffith is ably assisted in this family focused ministry by his wife, Dolores who has over 30 years experience in a financial institution. Dolores is also a qualified guidance counselor.
The couple has been actively involved in Ministry since March 1979. They are the parents of two grown sons. Their combined expertise and shared commitment to service in God's Kingdom make Haynesley & Dolores Griffith competent leaders of Family Heartbeat Ministries.
